📋 Instructions
Step 1: 1. Boil 4 cups water and dissolve sugar completely
Step 2: 2. Steep tea bags for 10-15 minutes then remove
Step 3: 3. Add remaining water to cool mixture to room temp
Step 4: 4. Pour into clean 1-gallon jar
Step 5: 5. Add starter kombucha and SCOBY
Step 6: 6. Cover with cloth and secure with rubber band
Step 7: 7. Ferment at 70-85°F for 7-10 days
Step 8: 8. Taste daily after day 5 until desired tartness
Step 9: 9. Reserve 1 cup and SCOBY for next batch
